We are based in Congleton, Cheshire in the North West of the UK. Our large warehouse contains high volumes of stock across our product range.

 The cost of carriage is staggered dependent on the amount of units you have ordered. Alternatively, we are happy for you to collect orders from our warehouse directly.

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours at the very latest of payment being received. These will be on next day delivery to mainland UK (excluding certain postcodes).

No – we will happy discuss orders over the phone and confirm orders via email, providing we have a purchase order number. We will happily accept payment via credit card, bacs or cheque (please note paying via cheque will impact on lead time).

For welding supply company’s ordering on behalf of their customer, we will happily ship directly to your customer to save on additional carriage charges. All packaging is unbranded.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return any stock items to us within 7 days for a refund or exchange, less deduction for postage and card charges and a re stocking fee. Items marked ‘Made-to-order’, ‘Bespoke’ or ‘Commissioned’ are non refundable. Please see the Shipping Information page for more information.

Of course! In countries where we have a distributor we will look to put you in touch directly with them. If we don’t currently have a distributor in your country we will happily deal with you.

No, our products are only available as full rolls.

Yes we do but as a special order, and minimum quantities apply. Get in touch to discuss this further.

 We don’t, our products are so easy to install it simply isn’t necessary. Please get in touch for any tips and advice.
