The cost of carriage is staggered dependant on the overall product weight, as well as the delivery postcode’s location. Alternatively, we are happy for you to collect orders from our warehouse directly.
All orders are despatched within 2 working days of receiving your order. Please allow up to 3 working days to receive delivery to mainland UK (excluding certain postcodes).
No – we will be happy to discuss orders over the phone and confirm orders via email. We can happily accept payment via credit / debit card or bacs.
We don’t – our products are so easy to install, it simply isn’t necessary. Please get in touch for any tips and advice.

Yes, certain of our products are available as cut lengths – per metre, as well as also on full rolls.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any stock items to us within 7 days for a refund or exchange, less deduction for delivery and card charges. Items marked ‘Made to Order’, ‘Bespoke’ or ‘Commissioned’ are non-refundable. Please see the Shipping Information page for more information.
Absolutely, we will happily ship directly to your customer to save on additional carriage charges. We can dispatch orders under plain cover (unbranded) or with your own delivery note.
